The Urdd National Eisteddfod Carmarthen 2007;
28th May - 2nd of June.
The Urdd Natiaonal Eisteddfod, one of Europe's largest youth festivals is coming to Carmarthenshire.
The United Counties Show Ground will be buzzing with activities for the young and old, plenty to see and do and wall-to-wall competitions. It's a great day out for the whole family with a warm welcome for Welsh and English speakers.
The Urdd National Eisteddfod is the place to be during May half term holidays.

Llanelli Festival of Walks 2007;
26th-28th May.
Llanelli Ramblers organise and host the annual Llanelli Festival of Walks which is a three-day Spring Bank Holiday event that has attracted hundreds of visitors to the town since its beginnings in 1995 and has established Llanelli as a popular centre for walking.
The 2007 Festival of Walks will run from 26th-28th May 2007 and is open to all; non-members as well as members

Celtic Manor Resort Wales Open 2007;
31st May - 3rd June.
One of the leading events on the European golfing calendar, the tournament offers world class competition for a £1.5m prize fund and a chance to experience the home of the 2010 Ryder Cup.
This years tournament will see two-time US Open champion Retief Goosen tee up as the biggest international name ever to appear in the Celtic Manor Wales Open.

Wales Rally GB 2007;
29th November - 2nd December.
The 2007 Wales Rally GB will once again be in its traditional date and the final round of the 2007 FIA World Rally Championship. The event will also be the final round of the Tesco 99 Octane British Rally Championship.
Tickets are expected to go on sale in late spring.

The National Eisteddfod 2007;
August 4th - 11th.
The Eisteddfod will be situated on the old road from Wrexham to Mold, the B5444 on the fields of Pentrehobyn estate.
All the Eisteddfod's sites will be based on Pentrehobin land which include the Maes, the parking sites, the caravan site, and the youth village and MaesB
